While a good white shirt is good, in my opinion, a good black shirt is even better.

I’ll be honest, I am a bit clumsy and it seems amplified when I wear a white shirt. Almost anything I do could stain my white shirt. 

Now I will be honest. I have a thing for black shirts. Is anyone else out there in the black shirt club?

Lately, I like them because they seem “slimming” but they have always been easy to wear. Any color bra, wear with a cami or not, wear any…I mean any type or color bottom you want.

Here’s my list of favorite black shirts under $50.

Silky Collar Blouse

Definitely on my list of Women’s Shirts for Fall.

Likes: To get right to the point, this is my favorite shirt of all the shirts ever reviewed. I like the structured parts of the shirt combined with the soft sleeves and gathered details that add femininity to the shirt. The shirt is comfortable to wear as it is soft and a bit silky.

Dislikes: None really. I don’t like the idea of a polyester shirt but I forget that fact when I put this shirt on.

Value: At $42 this shirt looks outstanding and well worth the price

A Closet in Bloom Rating Perfect 10

This one makes my list of beautiful blouse and tops.

Likes: This shirt has feminine details on the puff sleeves that make this more than just a plain black top.

Dislikes: If you are taking pictures in this shirt, check your sleeves are in place.
