My admiration goes back to my memories of my Midi Pencil Skirt from the 80s. Influenced by the “Madonna “style. I also had the little black mini and rara skirt. I still like to opt for the a-line midi skirt among the different types of skirts. It is a bit chicer and less “secretarial”. It would be my choice for the best work skirt. It’s a great substitute for pants. Looks great with boots or booties. A midi skirt casual or a midi skirt for work, it’s a great choice.

Likes: I like the length even though it’s probably longer than a “midi” skirt and closer to a maxi skirt on me (I’m 5’6″). The gathering on the side of the skirt helps to make my more full areas less noticeable.
Dislikes: None really. This skirt is made of a tiny ribbed material that is not visible from the images on the website.
