Cons about Silk
There are some cons about silk:
- Silk is not vegan.
- Silk can get damaged by bright light/ sunlight
- Silk requires more care than other fabrics. Dry cleaning in some cases. Today you can find silk that can be either hand-washed or washed on the delicate wash cycle and in both cases requires the garment to be laid flat to dry. No dryer or sunlight.
